I was surprisingly disappointed with the service I received here. The staff was really friendly, I will say that. I had scheduled 4 new tires and alignment service. Had the work done, shortly (and I mean within a couple days because I hadn?t really drove anywhere since) I noticed that once I hit 40mph my steering wheel was vibrating and shaking pretty bad. Took it back and they said ?oh well you didn?t pay for a balance?. I was honestly mind blown because I was under the impression that when I paid for 4 new tires and alignment, that a balance should be a part of that (and after talking to 4 different mechanic, they all agreed). When I expressed this to the serviceman at the desk, he looked at me like I had 8 heads and said it runs an additional $80 but I can do it for $35. So I paid the additional cost, they took the car back, took the wheels off, didn?t see much else happening, then they were put back on and the car was handed back to me, with the problem still persisting. Had someone else entirely look at it, fixed the tire issue, and it?s fine now. No thanks to the over $500 I laid out to this place. Your car should never come out worse than it went in. Point blank.....
