Had an early evening flat tire and called Mr. Tire from the roadside. They set us up over the phone with a great price and were waiting for us when we arrived on a spare. Daoud and the technician at Dunkirk Mr. Tire are my HEROES. Got towed in, having been the victim of a pothole, arriving at 7:50PM. Mr. Tire had the tire and they stayed after closing time to repair my tire, so I would be back on the road for the morning. Road debris cut a front brake line late in the day. They brought my car in right away and found which part they needed and ordered it so they could fix the issue first thing in the morning which they did as promised and cost was fair and inline with competitors.

I have been going here for years and have always received great service and great pricing. Over the past year, I saw a decline in service as did others. Based on my most recent visit, I could see that corporate management had focused on making it right again. The on duty manager helped me with a patch $0 because I purchased the road hazard. However, I was most impressed with how he calmly handled an upset customer who came in after me. He was exceedingly professional and took responsibility for the previous employees screw up and guaranteed to make it right. I try to support local businesses whenever I can. This time the oil change went well, but the last two times we came in we had a lot of issues with Mr tire. One of our appointments was cancelled without telling us, so we took off from work and showed up only to be told it was cancelled. The time prior to that we made an appointment for an oil change. We waited in the lobby and when it was done, they had performed a tire rotation and claimed that's what we asked for even though the receipt said old change. Repeat customer. Bought tires online and had them installed and now get all my oil changes done here. They are much cheaper than Valvoline. For around $60 you get full synthetic oil and tire rotation. I think conventional oil is much cheaper if you prefer that. Also, they do not up sell or recommend unnecessary services which is a huge plus.

I got a flat on the way home from work. Pulled into Mr. Tire and although they couldn't repair the tire, they were able to get a new one on and me back on the road in under 45 minutes.
