Walked in for my 2pm appointment, no greeting from the three workers in the lobby at the time, girl at front desk came to help us but was on her cell phone, walked off said she needed to take a call. Another man came to the computer and seemed agitated that we were even there, couldn?t find my appointment with my name, phone #, anything, kept hounding me if I even made an appointment, showed him the texts and voicemail I had from them confirming the appointment I made a week prior. He got another man to help (10 mins have passed) he found me immediately by my name in the system. Not a single smile or any customer service period? I took my 5 year old daughter into their bathroom and as soon as we closed the door a man was ANGRILY banging on the door. I said ?one moment? as the knocking was so loud it scared us. Not even a minute later, man BANGING repeatedly on the door so loud it shook the entire bathroom, daughter scared to death. He screamed at us that the bathroom was being fixed and we needed to get out NOW. I said ?there was no ?out of order? sign up, no one told us not to use it and my daughter was finishing up?. We were only in the restroom a few mins, but after a rough start and bad taste in my mouth from the beginning, we went to Walmart next door to do some shopping and kill time. Understanding this would take at least an hour, we took our time, got a call to come back and get the car almost 2 hours later. Went to get it, reasonable price, I asked about my tire pressure and lights that had come up on my dash, they said the code they read meant I need to take it to the dealership, completely understandable, but did not advise me if my tire pressure was ok like I asked. The girl checked us out up front, but again, absolutely no customer service, she didn?t say a word, no ?have a good day?, nothing, scanned my card handed my receipt and we left?.. we seemed like we were the biggest inconvenience of their day, very rude employees will never visit them again?....

The service was exceptional!! I hit a pothole and being frazzled to say the least being 4 hrs from home with kids in the car I stopped in at Mr Tire and they were extremely efficient and took great care of me calming my nerves and ensuring that my vehicle was okay to get all the way home.
