I was happy to not be charged but was disappointed with the service. I have an intermittent squeak in the rear of our car. When I left for the garage, it was very evident but, as sometimes is the case, it will go away temporarily and this happened to be the case when I arrived. I told this to the guy at the shop and explained to him that the squeak was gone again and that when it goes away, you can?t physically make it happen. When the squeak is present. You can push down on the bumper very lightly and will hear it - I know, strange. I explained to the guy that the sound is definitely a creek and that I suspect it is a bushing or seating for the springs. I asked if I would be better off coming back when it starts again and he no and that they would figure it out. When I got the report via email, it did not look any of the info I gave him made it to the technician. The technician concluded it was the trailer hitch - which if you heard the creak you would know it is clearly not. There is no indication that the bushings were checked may all. Instead I got a list of upsell items. I am glad I was not charged but disappointed I had to make a trip back because i wasn?t listened to. I wish he had just said, yeah it would be. Enter to come back when the creak returns.....
