Easy and quick

Went to one store after making an appointment and wasted an hour as you all didn?t have the tires. Thought I was ?dropping off.? I found them at another store. The total was $100 dollars more than your online website (that included ?fees?), now we?re looking at $350 but whatever. If the story ended there, I?d still never go back. When the car was ready we were told that it was going to be another $400 for lug nuts and to fix ?threads.? The two missing lugnuts were in the back and the treads were fine and not rusty as I am the person who changed that tire with the spare earlier in the week. It was in perfect condition. Finally, after arguing, we were told we couldn?t even get our car until they did the work because it was ?unsafe?. They did bring the price down, but that was an attempted $400 and successful $200 bs upcharge that as far as I can tell was for 2 lug nuts I didn?t need. At this point considering at least be contacting my credit company and the better business bureau but you all know customers don?t have much recourse which is why these are your tactics. Here?s where it gets really interesting. When we did get the car, it was not drivable.. Grinding and thumping and veering. My wife was lucky to have got home ok. I took it out and was shocked she didn?t crash. At this point, I had no idea what to do as I sure as heck didn?t want to take it back to you all. So I decided to take a look. Turns out NONE of the lugnuts were tightened and one was missing. I?m not saying you all did this on purpose but my tire could have fallen off on the parkway after leaving your store. AND since I was down there and know what a thread and lugnut are, it?s obvious nothing that cost the extra $200 was done (rethreading ? Give me a break, I?m not an old lady you can fool) At this point, I?ve spent almost $500 and I?ve never been more upset with a company. You literally could have killed me and I am so in shock I don?t even know what I want from you all. Just go away? Maybe I contact an attorney? Not sure?.this has taken enough time and money and was a miserable experience taking me away from one of my kids on their birthday.....
