I LOVE the staff here. They’ve taken care of me quickly and kindly. They are very understanding humans. They work hard to make repairs and schedule maintenance at the lowest cost possible. Shopping around for tires was a nightmare. Other auto shops (Merchants, etc.) I called seemingly had employees that were grumpy, very short with me or made zero effort to make my business their priority...but then I came here. After being told by a dealership that I needed new front brakes, machine front rotors, and a brake flush coating $750, I came here to get a second opinion and found my brakes were in much better condition than what the dealership was saying.
