Wonderful experience! Shannon, Ian and Chuck were awesome! Catalytic converter job on my truck took much longer than expected due to rust. The team stayed up late after hours to make sure the job was done right and get me back on the road as promised. Excellent service and fair price! I am now a fan and will be a customer for life.

I came here because of Shannon & Ian because they have ALWAYS been honest for up to the 7 years I have known them in regards to automotive repairs & have done great work. I'm a Uber driver going on 10,000 trips & tell everyone that needs automotive repairs to go to these guys. I pulled in at noon todaywith my right front tire going flat and asked if they could fix it while I went next door to Hardees for lunch. Manager said wait a sec as the crew was going to lunch and one of them said he would be glad to stay and fix it. When I came back 20 minutes later all was good and the tire repaired at a good price. These guys are overworked and understaffed and do their best to deliver quality accurate service to their customers. Delivering honest work in these circumstances is difficult and they nail it. My mom and I have been going to this location for only a short period of time; we used to go to a Mr. Tire in PA before moved to VA. Had transmission fluid flush and filled on 29 December 2018. The service was good but on 15 March 2019, a technician told me that I need another transmission fluid flush and fill, I have only driven about 6000 miles so it really made me wonder if the transmission was flushed correctly.

Brought in what was to be my new for me Toyota because the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. After a day of troubleshooting Ian gave me the bad news. Approximately two weeks ago I had traveled down to Blacksburg from NJ to pick my son up from VT. During the trip, my car had a bad vibration so I decided to find a place near Blacksburg to perform the simple task of balancing my two front tires. The key reason for my high score of this experience was that I had arrived just before closing time and there were two customers ahead of me. It would have been easy to have been turned away or asked to make an appointment for the following day, but that was not my experience. Shannon, the Mr. Tire Representative/Technician, just asked me to sit for a few minutes while he helped the two customers ahead of me. I could not help but overhear that he explained to one customer the best approach to repair his vehicle and possibly save some money. Given my recent experience with a similar repair to my vehicle, I knew that he was being truthful and sincere in trying to help this customer. I was finally taken care of into closing time by both Shannon and another technician. As the work was performed, we discussed general maintenance of vehicles and it was clear that both were very well versed in their craft in addition to having passion about repairing vehicles.
