I came in Saturday 2/28 and advised the tech who appears to be (K. Cornish) on the receipt that my rear alignment was acting funny. The tech took it into the bay to look at it. The tech came back and said it?s nothing wrong with my front ?? which I knew and told him it was the rear. He went back to look at my suv and proceeded to tell me he couldn?t complete the job because I needed 4 camber toe bolts as mines was rusty. He said bring it back before 30 days/300 miles . Ok cool. I paid 116.58 for him to do nothing at all (because he said to bring it back in before 30 days/3000 miles and he would do it) I went to advance auto and brought the parts he said I needed and before I left the store I made an appointment for 3/3 at 2pm. I came in early around 1pm to see if the parts I ordered was correct. The manager told me I didn?t have an appointment scheduled for the day and it was the next day 3/4. I showed him my confirmation that the appointment was scheduled for 3/3 and had been since Saturday. He then proceeded to tell me he he didn?t have nothing but two techs and wouldn?t be able to do it and was persistently telling me my appointment was the next day. I told him no it wasn?t. Before I even left the shop HE changed it in the system for 3/4 ?? . I brung it back 3/4 and they told me I would have to pay $195 after I paid the first time for a job NOT done ! I refused to pay and left. They teied to get over on me financially because I was a woman, another customer they tried to do the same stunt with. DO NOT GO HERE ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! They are get overs and you will pay for services that was never rendered. I WILL NOT BE BACK ! Go somewhere else before they get you. If I can give 0 stars I would ?? 10/10 I DONT RECOMMEND ! This place is a rip off, and I deserve a full refund or do what I paid for. I am seeking legal action.....
