Excellent Experience!! If I could leave a 10 I would. This morning, I called the shop and spoke to Matt, explaining to him that my heat wasn?t working while my car was idling. I had previously called other shops and they told me it was my thermostat and that I was possibly looking at anywhere between $700-$800. Matt explained to me what all could be wrong, however ensured that they would figure it out. I dropped my car off and within 20 mins got a call. Matt explained they found out what was wrong. He explained that there was a loose clamp and I lost over a gallon of coolant. When I stopped to pick it back up Jeremy and Matt even took the time and took pictures to show me what was wrong. They fixed the clamp, and replaced the gallon of coolant. They went above and beyond and didn?t treat me like a naive young girl. They charged me NOTHING. I cannot thank them enough. Amazing group of guys.....
