Staff was fine, no issues there. The pricing seems a bit outrageous. Was charged $880 for the radiator I had replaced and I could walk into an advance auto and purchase it for $370. Insane mark up.

Appointments are very easy to make online and walk in at your appointment time. Kyle is quiet but very pleasant and customer service focused. Work is done in a timely manner while I waited. Here is where my problem lies - I purchased tires from this location in Feb 2026. When I left that appointment, my tires were not inflated to the correct PSI, so I was left to do that myself. By June (when I came for my appointment - FIVE MONTHS AFTER INITIAL INSTALL) - ALL of my wheels were out of balance. I thought maybe one - but was told that ALL FOUR needed to be rebalanced. What are you using to attach my balance weights for crying out loud?! I am a highway and city driver - this was unacceptable. When it came time to cash out, my bill was over $100 - Kyle deducted the $10 oil change promo and explained to me that my Jeep took more than the five included quarts. Understood. But I didn?t know (until I read the service paper once I left) that I had paid an additional $10 for the filter, and I was charged $3 to fill my fluids (I would have declined this had I been asked - I was NOT asked.). When I left this appointment, which included a tire rotation, the tires were rotated but the PSI was never reset - leaving my front tires at the 40 PSI and the rear at 33 PSI. Again, I went to the gas station and inflated my own tires to the correct PSI. The original intention for buying tires here was to have free rotation and balance for the life of the tire. At this point, I don?t feel that the work is being done with any care or concern - and for a cancer patient just trying to drive to treatment - this is unacceptable. As I was cashing out, I looked over Kyle?s shoulder to see a gentleman in the service area iof the shop sitting in an office chair looking at his cell phone. I know these techs don?t get paid well for what they do - MONROE NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR WORKERS SO THEY DO THEIR JOB INSTEAD OF LEAVING CUSTOMERS TO FINISH UP THEIR OWN WORK.
