Nice friendly courteous took the time to get my information. The correct contact information was really important and I think I can?t remember his name. I?m so sorry there is a two mics there. I know that and there is another guy there. He?s recently a recent rehire and he was very friendly and he made some good suggestions and things and I appreciated him. I appreciate all the men that I?ve met there. I think there?s about three that I met in total and they?re always so courteous and so kind The work that was performed was done. Excellent it was a back light that needed to be replaced. Perfect that was done correctly and they suggested an oil change which was much needed and they filled the levels and all that other stuff they really are excellent at what they do....

I needed both front brakes completely done including calipers and they even assisted me in restrapping 1 of 2 gas tank straps that I needed for safety reasons. I want to thank the 3 gentleman who went above and beyond, even after hours of closing by 1.25 hrs (by 8:15 pm) when they closed at 7pm, for helping me out in the most time in need, very certious, professional and patient with me, even though they were all exhausted from a very busy long day, which unfortunately was made longer than expected by the services needed on my vehicle. I feel that the company Mr Tire needs to officially recognize these 3, store service manager-John Mellott, assistant store service manager Mike Brunetto, and there store associate John RothRock-Great job guys, well done thank ?? u again. I would also like to add that while trying to service my vehicle, another customer came to them with the similar issues, but with just a caliper hung up sticking and they teamed up again servicing both vehicles in which I am local, but the other customer is from a distance away, a 4hr drive home, so again thank u so much for your time,patience, and professionalism. You all deserve official recognition for that by the company Mr Tire and it's a seriously sad shame if they don't, because you all deserve it even though it's your job, but you were all tired and could've told me come back, but instead you cared, so thank you all again for everything and really hope that your company will recognize you all for it, by teaming up with 2 vehicles of similar or exact issues.....
