Dave, at the Northfield location, diagnosed the problem with my Hyundai after it was missed at the dealership. Also, when I scheduled my car at the dealership they could not schedule an appointment for nine days!!!!! When I called Dave he told me to bring my car right in. I appreciated this very much. Dave at me tire and his crew stayed last Friday night for almost two hours after their shift ended in order to make sure I had new tire mounted balanced and an alignment done. I had been a customer of the establishment across the street for many years. One early Saturday, when I needed help with a brake light, I discovered the other business had changed their hours to a 9:00 opening time on Saturdays. Service there had become increasingly “less personal” in recent years, so I decided to try Mr. Tire. I am SO GLAD I did! Manager Dave was kind, courteous, and helped immediately. After that visit, I began using Mr. Tire. Other customers told me how honest Dave is, and I recently discovered this is indeed the truth. I have an old car with 180k miles on it. Dave said “we’ll take care of it, and when it’s time to start looking for another vehicle, I will tell you that honestly.” And, recently that is what he did. I had my car towed to Mr. Tire and told them that I think it needed an alternator. My car is a 2015 Honda Accord and this could have been a very expensive repair. They called me back and told me it was only a loose battery cable. They didn't even charge me for checking the car. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused to take any payment. I have had nothing but great experiences at Mr. Tire. My highly recommend them for any vehicle needs. Mr. Tire northfield is awesome. I can not say enough good things about this place. The employees were friendly, very knowledgeable, and understanding. The big thing for me was they did not pressure you. From the manager Dave that was super helpful, to the mechanic that actually came out to explain to me what was done and why.
