The manager was super friendly and helpful

I?ve always come to this location the shop guys are great and do good work. Unfortunately I beg to differ with the manager. I had recently bought tires and I had a phone conversation with another manager. Apparently no communication was given between the two. Either way I dislike the feeling of having to hear about policy when I don?t work there? I come in I pay for a job I want to leave. Not my problem if someone didn?t tell you what I was doing there. That should be worked out between the two of yall. And make some time for walk in appointments the schedule this and that is recent and while some shop guys work some don?t and have an empty garage and playing on cell phones. Instead of telling your customers the policy maybe start with the employees. Rubbed me the wrong way when I come to that location for oil changes and anything really. Even when I had a nail in my tire I was told go somewhere else. Could have been a quick fix but I was turned away. This location needs to change something about customer service. Customers come first i understand good help is hard to find but don?t explain that to a paying customer. Instead of complaining to customers about your help maybe help? Or clean the lobby. Hard to find a Mr tire that cares. The kid with the long hair though he was super friendly always willing to help where he can! Small glimpse of hope there. I hope someone shows management how to treat customers and show some respect. It goes along way with people. The smallest thing changes everything. I?ll be back only bc the shop knows cars.....
