I took my car is for work on a Wednesday, parts needed go ordered and then the work would be done. I paid my $2500 bill and picked my car up that Saturday. I was assured my car was fixed. I noticed some squeaks coming from my new brakes, pads and rotors. For the next two days the squeaks continued. On the third day driving home from work I could hear a grinding noise, my car sounded far worse then when I dropped it off. I called the shop and asked them if they could take a look at it AGAIN. I received a call and was told they were replacing my 4 day old pads and rotors because they were already bad. I was assured the vehicle would be done that evening for pick up. An 1/2 hour before the shop closed a received a call that my car would not be ready. The tech took it for a test drive and all of my dash lights were on and the car was pulling. Problems I had never had before. My car is still in the shop and now I have to purchase ANOTHER new part. This has been a terrible process and I will never use Mr. Tire again. I want my car back and it better be in WAY better condition from when I dropped it off. I paid $2500 just for it to be back in the shop. It?s bullshit.....
