Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in today (3/19/25) after ordering tires on Tire Rack and this being the location it provided delivery to. I have never been here so I decided to give it a shot. I came in after making a 9am appointment online. I told the man that I had called yesterday (3/18/25) because I had some tires delivered there that I?d like to get mounted. He very condescendingly asked ?Well did we give you a call?? ?You should?ve waited for us to call you before you came.? Which is ironic because he wasn?t even there yesterday since he told me he was filling in from another location for the day AND I already spoke to someone the day they got delivered! Not to mention I had a confirmation text from UPS saying they were delivered, why do I need him to tell me my tires are here? Regardless, after finding that I indeed had an appointment he asked what size tires they were so that he could find them. I tell him the size and he goes to check. Comes back and says ?Are you doing the front two or the back two?? And I replied ?All four.? And he insists there are only two tires and that they?re Summer tires. I knew he wasn?t looking because the All Season tires came in a shipment of three and a single one. So I insisted they were there. He goes back to check and says ?I read the tag wrong.? So I think it?s ridiculous that he couldn?t tell an All Season tire apart from a Summer tire and he couldn?t find four big blocks of rubber in a somewhat small shop. I shouldn?t have to ask them to triple check for my stuff. After pacing around the shop for nearly two hours in silence, I was told that the workers (not the guy at the front desk, all he did the whole two hours was pick up a couple phone calls, apply an inspection sticker to another car, and hit the button on the lift to lower my car when all was finished) were having trouble mounting my tires because they were 21s. Understandable, but not when there?s two guys working on one car?s tires on two machines for an hour and a half and hearing them bicker about having to work on Volkswagens and Audis, which is laughable coming from someone who?s family has worked on German cars since the 80s. One of the oddest experiences I?ve had in a shop and makes me lose faith in the future of automechanics. I?m sure there are other employees in this company who are much more passionate than these goobers. Please improve on customer service, especially for those who don?t give a hard time to anyone. guy at the front desk (in the morning) on 3/19/25 was condescending and even worse, wrong everytime he spoke. i couldn?t help but almost laugh at the experience.
