CJ gave me an early appointment & advised me that the repair would take at least two hours. I was able to wait for the work to be done & CJ gave me the exact amount of the invoice. He also recommended that I get a radiator flush which he included during my visit.

Well first of all I walked in and before the manager even knew the make and model of my car, she said there will be an extra charge for an extra quart of oil. I told her I have had many oil changes and never needed more than 5 quarts. Then she said the charge is $30 dollars. I said ?For a quart of oil?? And she said for all the fees. I said what are they. She read them off- shop fees, topping off fluids, and a quart of oil. I said I never asked you to top any fluids off and you need to tell people that before you decide to charge them. My appt was for 4pm. It was 4.20 and I still had my keys in hand. I said to her ?, aren?t you going to ask me for my keys?? And her response was my guy went on break and you will have to wait 30 min. Meanwhile a walk in with tire trouble came in and they took her to fix her tire before me. I said I have to pick up my kids at 5 that?s why made this appt for 4 pm. She said there?s nothing I can do. RUDE, manager who doesn?t know how to talk to people and she?s in customer service!....
