I recently purchased a pair of Goodyear assurance tires for my odyssey, tom, Dan and jack were very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and with a smile. I have been going to vespers / mr tire since 1994 with no major issues to report . It’s nice to see the same people there year after year. I was given $91 dollars for the tire with installation and i paid 134 for one tire. Then was told had to get two tires and somehow the person added $12.99 and some other fee's which i said i didn't want when he was trying to sell it to me in the beginning. But he was nice and I sorted out the bill but didn't like the fact that i was misinformed. Paid $177 for two tired and general instillation.

On my Monday morning commute to work I hear the dreaded chime of the low tire pressure gauge ringing in my ears and think to myself not again. Annoyed, I pull over at a gas station to discover a screw right in the middle of my brand new tire. Once at work I decide to try to get it patched on my lunch break and after looking up reviews of tire shops in my area I gave Mr. Tire a call. I spoke with a very polite and courteous representative by the name of Dan on the phone and inquired about making an appointment. He said that I could just come on over and so i did. Dan took care of me right away. I sat in their waiting room and enjoyed their freshly brewed complimentary coffee while watching The Price is Right on the TV. We've been using this shop for many years for tires. This morning our son needed a new tire due to a puncture. John, the service manager, went over the pricing and tire options with him, from economy tires to higher performance. However the tire chosen wasn't in stock and since it was a Sunday, I expected to have to wait until the next day for the tire. But John found the tire at another store and got it to Piscataway.
