The service was overall great but I just wished they would have done what i asked. I came in for an oxygen sensor swap and was recommended other things that could have waited, when they did the free inspection. The wait time needs to be better because I dropped my car off early morning and didn?t receive it until the end of day. Overall great customer service and reasonable prices.

DO NOT GET TIRES AT THIS PLACE. On January 07 my car got a flat tire. My son took the car to Mr. Tire to have the tire patched. The old man at the reception said he couldn't fix the tire, and in fact he said that we needed all new tires replaced . We couldn't get all the tires because we had just stated working and it was almost $800. I decided to purchase that one tire and planed to get the other 3 little by little. The reception guy offered us a warranty, he said that we could go to any Mr. Tire and get the tired fix or get a new one. Because of our line of work I decided to get the warranty on that tire. On January 19 that same tire popped (they had inflated all my tires to 45 and they were supposed to be at 33), I took the car back and since I had the warranty they were able to give me a replacement paying the deductible. We purchased another tire on January 23 and the remining two on January 28. I purposely purchased the tires there because of the warranty. Fast forward to June 7, I got another flat tire and since it was a Sunday afternoon, I waited until Monday June 8 to take my car in. When I went to Mr. Tire the same man that had sold me the tires said that they only had registered two visit on for January 23 and the other one for January 28, he said that we got the other tire some where else, according to him there were no records of my purchases from January 07 or January 20 and what was the most irregular thing was according to him I never purchased the warranty for any of the tires. I did not find the receipts for those purchases at that time but I do have the bank transactions, one is for a tire and the other one is for the deductible for the warranty. They said that since those transactions didn't show up on their system they couldn't honor the warranty. If I never went there how come the transactions show up on my bank and the money was deducted. I need a full refund since according to them they never provided the goods or service. An official complaint has been submitted to BBB they have not responded....
