This tire place is the only one I can get into on short notice. Bill, the Manager is a CAN-DO attitude. Jonah, the tire repair guy, did an exceptional job repairing a flat tire and checked my tire pressure in all tires. This Mr Tire store is exceptional compared to other tires stores in the area. I went into your store about 3 weeks ago and spoke with James Simmons, is the name on the card that he gave me. He was extremely nice and was willing to listen to me about the situation with my truck (2018 GMC 1500) so that we could come up with the best way to go about fixing it. I was gonna need some work done to my front end so that it will align. He needed the master machanic who wasn't there at the time to take a look at that to figure out the issue. I ALSO was gonna need either an ac compressor or possibly just the compressor clutch and recharge, bc that's all that has gone bad and there was a reason behind that, that he was also willing to listen to me and discuss with me. I was ALSO gonna need new tires after we figure out the alignment issue.. I appreciate Mr Simmons very much.. I work much like yall 6 sometimes 7 days a week that's why I even went there in the first place bc I happened to get off while yall were still open one day. I appreciated his helping me figure out what to do. Then I got tied back up at work which brings me to now and the point of this e-mail This Saturday (today). I got off work at 5:30 and decided to stop by to touch base and work out a time to bring it in as well as tell Mr Simmons about another issue that i think could be related to the alignment and mainly besides touching base again, I wanted to know if you guys kept my size tire in stock. I walked in the door at 6:01 pm. I realize you close at 6.. I wasn't wanting anything more than a 30 second conversation about what we could do next week with my truck. But that was to much to ask for at 6:01pm from the individual behind the desk today. He told me to call back Monday. Im sure he knows if yall keep p275 55R20 in stock or not, but since it was 6:01 and not 5:59 he wouldn't tell me, let alone discuss anything else.. Then on my way out the door he yelled out that he appreciated it, which was condensing as hell and a lie! Because if he appreciated it he would have taken the 30 seconds I needed to speak to me so that I could make plans on the best way to go about getting yall my truck to have all of this work done and not ask me to wait until Monday to find out if you do or do not or could or could not have my size tire in stock. I know he's probably been doing that job for a long time and I'm sure he's done a lot for a lot of people, but he's the wrong man to have behind the desk now. He's making yall lose good business, or at least you lost mine on his account anyway. You would think I was trying to get him to help me pump up a damn flat tire at 6:01pm the way he acted no wait you would think I was trying to get a flat pumped up for free at 6 freaking 30 the way he acted.. If he is on that tight of a schedule to where he can't even speak after 6:01pm he's the wrong man for that job.
