The service at Friendly Center Mr. Tire was awesome. They fit me in quickly, gave me great service, fixed the nail in my tire and I was back on the road in no time!

Disappointed with this company and how they conduct business. When calling the office number it?s a 3rd party ?call agent? who told me I must schedule an appointment first before I can be routed the main store to ask for pricing on 4 new tires. Why would I want to schedule an appointment to get an estimate quote?? Ok. So I scheduled the appointment and was routed to the main office, where a woman answered the phone and provided me with a price and I informed her I was quoted a lower price with the same perks that they offer. (There was a man in the back coaching her on what to say) so she ?found? some lower ones for a much reasonable price so I agreed to go forward with the scheduled appointment. My significant other took my car and they told him the full price was the original price I was first quoted. He was told that the price quoted was incorrect and tried to brand 2 different types of tires together then said it?ll be $600.00 for the tires alone. Then I?d also have to pay 2 different sets of insurances (one for each pair of tires) and then on top of that, I?d have to pay labor, then the alignment To sum it up, just be honest. I took it to tire discounters on Cone blvd and they did a full service for less than what this place offered for tires and offered a free oil change.....
