Place screwed me two times, one on saying the had to take the windshield out on a 2008 Toyota Yaris to replace the struts, which I just called the dealership and they said it's false. So they took more time and lied to charge me more. Also charged me $249.00 to diagnose the air-conditioning on a 1993 Honda Civic which they couldn't find the part for it, but did offer to rig it, but I told them no and ill try finding the part online. The manager never contacted me back to give me the part number. Got the car painted that took awhile and had to jump on that paint shop to get the car back cause he had it to long. Got car back and it's been about 8 months now. Call them back and none of them that diagnosed it and it was 3 of them remembers what part it was and they didn't even memo it on the computer on what it was. I guess they don't memo parts that they just diagnose and tell the customer on but only memo what they fix. The manager wanted me to pay again to diagnose it again. I refused to pay another $249.00 to diagnose it and I shouldn't have paid that much to begin with. The dealership was probably less than that, I know Smith & Davis menanic shop is. The whole place is run by by hustlers that talks a big game but will eat your pockets up. I heard rumors that they don't change the oil like they supposed to and just act like they do. Not sure that is true or not but you got a butch of young teenagers working there in and out and they can't keep helping there, the place needs better management or more help one. The whole place needs to be evaluated and looked at by corporate to get better mechanics there or shut the doors one. I'm sorry I gave them to many chances and they burned my pockets up and act like they don't care about working there or care about their customers. Also the manager will hustle you saying cause you waited awhile, I'll knock off 50 dollars, what's 50 dollars when the price is outrageous. I went in for a frontend alignment and Bobby helped me who was very nice. I was told they could not do ny frontend alignment because my shocks and my struts and a pitman arm had to be fixed first , which would have been over two thousand dollars. I knew that was untrue since not even three months ago I had my shocks and struts done. I took it back to my regular mechanic, Stateline,They took pictures of everything so I didn't have to crawl under, they showed me videos of how to tell and then they did those tests on my car to show me that you guys lied to me for money. My husband was livid and now he won't return either. Now I had him put it all down in writing, so I have the papr. He also told me a little know carbon cartridge on my fueline mght be the reason that my engine light is on and my 4 by light is on, but those are 2 different systems.My husband was so beyond pissed and we have been spreading the lies and con your company told us to whoever will listen.
