Bad business practices. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I brought my car in for a bad battery, among other things..the guys said they tightened a cord and that the battery was fine. I went to go home and drive down the road and all the lights started blinking, I lost my power steering and almost crashed with my 9 year old in the car. I didnt make it but 5 mins down the road. I called the shop and they said they would send a tow out. We were stranded on the side of the road until the tow came and brought us and the car to the shop. The mechanic looked at the battery again and said I needed a new battery. He replaced it and I then paid for the new battery. After 7-8 hours we could finally go home. The next day they called me out of no where and said I owed them the tow...I'm first of all nobody told me anything about owing money for a tow. The guy lied and said he told me if it wasnt their fault that I would owe the tow, when he never said that.. I will make sure any recordings are subpoenaed for that lie. If that was the truth I would of decided what tow I wanted and I would have had to pay while I was there. He actually told me I didnt have to worry about anything else. Second of all, I left THEIR shop and didnt make it 5 minutes down the road. I literally went there for a bad battery, I have proof of it when I literally booked my appointment online. I trusted that they knew what they were doing and that I could drive safely home and minutes later I almost was in a car crash with my daughter because of the battery. If they would of replaced it in the first place that would of not happened. It IS THEIR FAULT. I would of bought the battery before I ever drove anywhere...they literally passed my inspection!! Then they have the nerve to call me the next day, James called, screaming at me saying I owe him money or it's coming out of his pay check, fighting with me, calling me a bad person for not paying and that its not their fault. I am absolutely disgusted. Never ever will I go again and will make sure everyone knows what happened and how I was treated.....
