Stopped by mid-afternoon on a Saturday because my car had a very obvious pulley/tensioner noise. Mr. Tire gave me an $800 quote and insisted the part was a ?special-order kit.? I literally said, ?Let?s fix it today,? and they still told me to call back later in the week. Honestly? thank you? Because once I left, I found a small independent mechanic that SAME day who: ? got the part immediately (no ?special order?), ? charged $400, ? and fixed the issue on the spot ? even showing me the worn parts afterward. Meanwhile, Mr. Tire tried to upsell me on a ton of unnecessary services during a simple oil change. It was pretty clear they were going for the biggest bill with the least effort. So in a strange way, I?d actually like to thank Mr. Tire for NOT doing the job ? you ended up saving me $400 by sending me elsewhere.....

I went in for an oil change, didn?t wait long at all and such a fair price! Mr. Fred and the other mechanics let me know about other minor services to get done as well. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, I?ll be back there in a few weeks for them to do the other services! Make an appointment and they will work with you as best as they can!
