Called to schedule a state inspection, which was an available option on the website. I was called by the shop after scheduling, which I figured was to confirm or reschedule the appointment. When I returned the call to confirm the appointment, I was told that the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived at the shop to perform the inspection, I was told it was too late to do the inspection, despite the fact that the appointment was confirmed online and over the phone. I was told that when I returned the call, it was directed to a call center which is why the information they relayed was incorrect. Additionally, I was told to come back from 8am-3pm the next day, which were not viable options with my work schedule. While the mechanic in the shop was generally nice, the whole experience was supremely disorganized and frustrating. First, the website should NOT allow you to schedule an appointment at a time when they cannot actually perform the service. Second, the caller should?ve left a voicemail explaining the situation in advance of me driving to the appointment. Third, the alleged ?call center? should not then confirm the appointment, if it is an appointment that cannot be delivered on. Plenty of good mechanics on mountain road. Go do your business at USA tires or anywhere else. Don?t waste your time here.....
