I took in my Camry do tire installation Got my tires installed here, bought them thru giga tire, they put my car on the bay closest to the waiting room, I was on a work meeting on my cell, then I see my car and I see my rocker panel being crushed with the lift, I informed the clerk who promptly informed the tech doing it, but both panels were damaged, they moved it to the bay with the hunter lift and did the tire installation, at this point I was trying to asses the damaged and the tech insisted on me staying out, he then told me ?nothing happened? and I told him ?I can see the damage from here? to which he responded ?whatever you say boss? then they proceeded with the tire installation, I saw they were using a pry bar to dislodge the old tire instead of proper equipment to not nick the wheel, I told the tech about it and he responded ?I know, but this is the way we do it here? then I told him ?could you use a rag at least between the pry bar and the wheel to not nick it ? and he said ?sure?, then he proceeded to do exactly the other tires the same way no rag or anything, they take the car out give me my receipt, no apology or anything, much less taking ownership for the mistake, then I tell the clerk that I?m going to need the shop insurance info to which he replies ?I don?t have that here is managed by corporate but bring a body shop quote and will pass it to corporate? I?m driving out and I see that not even the tpms or the tire pressure was calibrated, at this point I?m almost sure they didn?t replace the hardware either as mandated by DOT, long story short worst tire shop in America bring your car here if you don?t care about it,....
