Had a flat. Took my car to have the tire repaired. They took me right in. Patched my tire and put the spare and jack back in their proper place. Didn?t charge me anything. Great customer service!

Went and dropped my car off to get new tires put on today. My sister drove me there with my kids to pick my car up this evening. Shortly after pulling out of the parking lot I noticed my steering Wheel jerking/wobbling and my car making a weird noise. I called my sister who was driving behind me to stay close and she told me I needed to pull over immediately because she could see my front driver side tire wobbling off the side of my car. We pulled over to find 2 lug nuts missing and 2 more were so loose I could move them around with one finger. We called up to Mr.tire to address this and the only thing they did was send 2 of their guys to my location to tighten the 3 remaining lug nuts. Kevin the manager didn't care about fixing anything else or even coming up there to represent this company himself. THANK GOD my tire didn't fall off completely because my 2 kids were in my car with me and that tire could've ended up running across the road into someone else....Very disappointed this company didn't take more concern in the fact that they didn't check the lug nuts to my wheel, before telling me my car was ready. I have a video that I took after I pulled over of me pushing the 2 loose bolts around but can only add photos here.....
