Pirelli. The claim process began on 03/23/2026, and I was informed that the manager would contact Pirelli and arrange for the defective tire to be submitted. I have now been made aware that this was never done. As a result, Pirelli has still not received the tire, and my claim has not progressed in any way. This level of oversight and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I have now been waiting for weeks with no resolution due to an internal failure to carry out a basic step in the process. I am requesting immediate action to: Submit the warranty claim to Pirelli without further delay Provide confirmation that the tire has been sent Give me a clear timeline for resolution If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further. I expect a response as soon as possible outlining the steps being taken to correct this issue.....

1000/1000! I came in right before closing, and they still stayed open just to help me get a new tire. The service was amazing?he was very kind, respectful, and understanding of my situation. I really appreciated how he handled my emergency tire replacement. Highly recommend!!!!! still love how he
