Took my car to get 2 new tires put on. Had to come back the following week for an alignment because their ?alignment tech? wasn?t in. I was told it would cost $129.99 for the alignment. Go to pay and older guy with glasses was trying to charge a higher price. When asked about the $129.99 price, he explained the computer adds in other prices at times. No, no, no. Computers don?t make mistakes, people do. The guy was obviously trying to charge me more and didn?t think I would notice. Picked up vehicle, drove home, and no issue. 3 mile drive to my home. 2 days later I go to drive and there is an oil spot under my vehicle. Started driving and smoke is coming from under the hood. I popped the hood and found my oil cap not on and dip stick pulled up. Oil all over the inside of the fan and engine. This happened once before with my wife?s car and it flooded the alternator, same Mr. Tire. Called in to explain what happened and manager states there would be no reason for a tech to be under the hood. This is twice that this has happened to us. I DO NOT trust this company or the people they have working there. Only good thing about Mr. Tire is the nice lady who answered the phone. Run far away from this place. Now I have to pay someone else to fix Mr. Tires mistakes. $595 dollars later, I had to get a new radiator since oil spilled all over and in between the coils causing the radiator to over heat and burn. I was told by Mr. Tire to come in at 5:30pm for them to look at the car. When I came in, I was told to leave the vehicle and they would try to look at it on Monday. Drove the vehicle to a different mechanic and they fixed the vehicle. STAY AWAY from Mr. Tire.....
