I?m fine Mr. Tire service center in Smyrna has been very convenient for me. I have been coming to Mr. Tire for approximate four or five years thank you.

First of all I made an early appointment for a. Oil change in order to get the car back at a decent time. The appointment was made at 0800 and dropped off. Verified phone number and left. Hadn?t heard anything by 1230 and saw the car (while running errands in town) still in the same spot. So I stopped in and when I asked why the car hadn?t been started on the response was ?unless you give us a time it?s started at our leisure. What time do you want it back by?? I said asap. So I was told it would be done by 3pm. When I get back, the first thing the front desk person said was ?I tried calling you but wasn?t able to get a hold of you.? I said ?despite verifying the number prior to my leaving?? He goes on to tell me I need a new back tire because there is a nail in the tire. We go back and forth on if they have the tires, I walk outside to make arrangements for work the next day in the event there aren?t any tires. Takes about 30 minutes extra of my day?.. then I was quoted $798 for two back tires for a Nissan Sentra. When I say ?thats a lot of money for two back tires for a little Nissan Sentra!? The front desk personal said ?wait? You don?t have the highlander. Oh your car is ready to go. Additionally, I had been there months prior for an oil change and was told I needed new brake pads and roders but they only had the brake pads and to call to schedule an appointment for the roders. So when I come to the shop at this appointment I also ask for them to be assessed and ordered so I can replace them. Ha jokes on me they are in good condition and when I do need them that they?ll need to shave the brake pads down or I will have to replace the brake pads. I feel completely taken advantage of. There is a lack of trust now that wasn?t there before. This is my neighborhood tire repair place and I can?t trust that they have integrity, honesty or knowledge in their businesss.....
