Called ahead of time to explain that vehicle needed an electric parking break replacement, inspection sticker, check engine light, rotors, and brake pads - confirmed what I needed when I arrived to my app as well. They assured me they could do this. I arrived at my appointment time of 9am and sit in the waiting room until 2:30pm. When I asked for an update at 12pm, the assistant manager was very rude - saying that they ?brought the wrong parts so we?re waiting for the parts?. I asked if they had a chance to run the code for the check engine light and he said they didn?t know I wanted that done. The assistant manager was making comments to himself such as ?these people are lucky I even work here?. He was slamming paperwork on the printer with women and elderly women in the waiting room. Slamming doors and huffing and puffing. I watched 2 men walk out after they waited 3hrs and still no service. Finally, they bring me in at 1pm and tell me that they can?t repair the parking electronic brake and that it?ll have to be done at a dealership. I told them that that?s the entire reason I came here was for everything and that the dealership quoted me a little more money but would fix parking brake. They told me they didn?t know what it needed and that the cylinder was burnt. The dealership said there is no cylinder in a electronic parking brake and that they have no idea what they?re talking about. They gave 0 updates and if I?d known I?d have to wait 5.5hrs I would?ve had someone pick me up. The main manager is always friendly when we come here and that?s why I come here, but the assistant acted like a toddler throwing a hissy fit. They provided me with a $20 off coupons (my total was the $910) and a free oil change, but truely feel that that discount was not sufficient for a almost $1000 bill and 6hrs of waiting. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting with feces in toilet, on toilet seat, etc. it was just a terrible experience and I won?t be back here. Again, the main manager (I think his name is Kevin but I could be wrong) is very personable and has great customer service skills but the assistant was concerning to the point of acting violent and slamming printers and doors.....Read More

I was so happy to call and tell them I had a slow leak and they took me in that morning and they fixed it and didn?t try to get me for two new tires. I have never been here before, but I will certainly return and recommend. Thank you
