I love the staff at Mr. Tire! All work I've had done there, full headlight replacement and new tires, has been completed carefully and quickly, and I've never felt like they've tried to take advantage of me (which is something I can't say about other mechanic shops). They've won my business for the foreseeable future!

We ran into trouble while out of town when our truck started acting up. The Ford dealer across the street had multiple people just sitting around and they claimed to be too busy to even run a diagnostic code for us?!? We went across the street to Mr. Tire and Paul and his team dug into this issue immediately, even though there were multiple cars in the shop and all their mechanics were occupied and visibly working. He jumped into action, ran codes for us, looked up service records, and was genuinely motivated to find a solution. We were worried, frustrated and overwhelmed but he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just a decent, good person to be in a pinch with. He had a diagnosis for us that was WAY better than we thought it was! We were back on the road in about 20 minutes!!! Paul and team, thank you!!!! ????....
