UPDATE: Still no attempt to repair my vehicle. And the comment they provided is a copy paste response they use on all poor reviews. I contacted Corporate before posting this review and they were no help after providing documentation and pictures. I have used this specific Mr. Tire on a few occasions. Those visits were all uneventful and I was happy to take my vehicle to them. My most recent visit has changed that. I dropped my truck off in the morning for a routine oil change and inspection. During the time it was in their care between around 8:30 - 12:30 it sustained a significant pair of scratches in the middle of the driver door. These are very deep. The scratches were found after I had returned home with the vehicle which I went straight home from the shop. I immediately returned to show them the accidental damage that occurred under their care. They took pictures and assured me that this would be sent up to corporate and handled. A week went by with no communication. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays. I called back after 2 weeks and spoke with a different manager. She personally assured me that she would get to the bottom of it and call me back in an hour. No return phone call. Accidents happen. My problem is the COMPLETE lack of communication and being left in the dark about the repair of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I will be paying for this repair myself in the spring once the weather warms up. If you do visit this shop, inspect your vehicle thoroughly before and after. TLDR: They damaged my vehicle during routine maintenance and I have been waiting to hear about it getting repaired. Complete lack of communication from them.....

Seems to be the company standard that they do not stand behind the products they sell. Took a tire in, only about 10k miles on it, with a defect in the sidewall, nothing to do with any kind of road damage. This company as a whole will not stand behind their manufacturers UNLESS you buy their road hazard. When you ask about how to get the warranty neither of the 2 shops was able to give that information. Ive been in this field for 20yrs, 10yrs of it was tire service and NEVER did we not honor a factory warranty. What kind of company sells a product they cant get behind themselves? If youre not going to back your product you should not be selling it.....
