They have a very odd relationship with Links tire next door. The vouch as experts about what needs to be done with a care basically saying what the links mechanic wants them to say....then when I get a 2nd opinion that disagrees with them, they suddenly take everything back about what they said previously. They told me without seeing my car it would need a new rim and a new hub assembly since they would have to torch off a broken stud. When others said there are better ways and that hub may not be bad after all, they recanted and said they didn't say what they said. They may be fine but they may not. Stupid me. I googled oil change near me and made an appointment for 11. I get there at 1055 and give key. At 11:50 I go to counter to pay. I was told it would be about 45 minutes for the job. Guy comes and says they are behind. I asked how far they had gotten. He said they hadn't started. I sat an hour for a 45 minute job that didnt get done. Waste of time....

I was not happy or satisfied with my trie rotation. I took me three times until they got it right. And the only way they got it right was when I ask for my money back. If they would have done it right the first time I would have known that something was wrong with my rim. So no I'm not happy or satisfied.
