$67 for a tire patch complete rip off I will go back to discount tire from here on out or any other tire shop.

I called the day before and spoke with Seth who told me to come in at 12:30pm the next day and that he would tell his manager Clint, since he wouldn't be there the next day. Apparently he forgot. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and he said he'd get me right in. I told him we had some errands to run and we would leave it there. We arrived back 2 1/2 hours later, only to find that they hadn't even started working on it. Then they said they couldn't get it started when they pulled it back after we arrived, but then they did, upon a second try. The battery was just tested and was working fine. So we were told that we had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. After about 30-40 minutes we decided to go across the street and get our dinner. I told the young man up front what we were doing. He had a paper in his hand, probably ours, because the moment we pulled out of the parking lot, he called and said our car was ready. We had been the only people in there waiting. In my opinion, I feel like he was extremely incompetent at his job because when we returned, he wanted to charge us for the service, but had no details about what they had done to the leaky tire. He asked Clint and they repaired it from the inside, which was a permanent fix that I was happy with. I felt like this young man up front didn't care and had a disappointing attitude. If it were not for that interaction and the delay, I would have been extremely happy with the fix and the price to fix the tire.....
