I booked an online appointment for my car (that has been serviced at Mr tire many times) to fix the gear shift button and leak in the condenser. It took almost 5-6 days for the group to ?figure out? what the issues was and fix it. I show up, get my car, start it and immediately the air conditioning is not working. I go back in and the crew is baffled and say they?ll fix it. It takes another 2-3 days for them to come to the conclusion that I made the appointment for initially that it was the condenser. I was in touch with Louis mainly and Ronnie sometimes with different info every time and never really a cost estimate. For the initial payment after the car was NOT fixed I asked them to discount and after a bit of back and forth only got $100 off an almost $1,500 bill. Now I get the car back after it?s been fixed and immediately there?s whirring coming from the dash and the ac is coming out without anything being on in the car. I bring the car back the next day and clearly the weekend r manager had a lot going on so I tell him tell Louis I?ll be back tomorrow (Monday aka 8 days later). Monday AM show up and Louis is shocked and I tell him exactly what I think this issue is- apparently motor transistor is a thing in accords. They call me a bit later to say they?ll fix can?t recreate it and for me to come try. I cannot as I have a job but tell them to drive it around and not just have it sitting there and please look into what I think is wrong. At this point Louis is being condescending and not helpful and said he wasn?t a mechanic. I picked up my car later that day and told all they did was replace the air filter. I asked for the regional managers info many times and still not have bitten that even after leaving a post it and telling Louis and team in person. The issue still persists but I cannot deal with the back and forth/incompetence/dismissal of this team any more and will have some other place look into when I have time. I would appreciate the regional manager reading this and reaching out. Been coming here for the past 10 years for the convenience. The last two years have been exceptional w the service and above and beyond customer service. Great management of a neighborhood fixture pays off. Keep it up
