A literal group of clowns. They had my car for 8 hours before I called to see if it was done, at which point they told me they couldn't inspect it because they didn't have anyone that could drive manual to pull it into the shop. I get that stick shift cars are fairly uncommon now but I had been told the day prior they would have someone there who could drive it. I reluctantly agreed to reschedule to later that week, when I came in the second time they told me they were out of state inspection stickers despite making said appointment days earlier. I eventually just gave up and went to my usual place where they could actually drive my car and not jerk me around over the course of multiple days.....

My appointment was made for 7:30am. The mechanics did not arrive on site until almost 9am. When I made my appointment I was given the price the service would be. At check out the price was grossly over charged. I questioned this and thats when the manager began to berated me in front of other customers and became physical threatening going out the door into the garage and returning to the lobby through the front door. I had to call the police because I was in imminent danger at that point. Ive been a customer for over 15 years + 4 cars. I have always received good quality service at this shop; however, I have seen it go down over the years and now it has come to this.....
