Really great crew, only place I take my cars

Very incompetent team over there. My Camry started to make an engine noise so I brought it in for an oil change and had them check the noise. They told me it was low on oil causing the noise and ?to keep an eye on my oil but everything is fine?. Only a month later my engine dies and when I bring it in to them they told me ?well we told you to keep and eye on the oil? and ?when I had a Toyota I took the dipstick out and checked every week?. Well, if they had told me to do that or stressed the severity of the situation I clearly would have. I don?t think the average person knows to just check their oil levels constantly. Also for a car to burn through all of its oil that quickly makes me thing they screwed something up when changing the oil, but I can?t prove it and it?s not worth the legal action. Then on top of everything I?m now unexpectedly out of a car and they have the nerve to tell me to get it off the lot by the end of the day. Just very unhelpful and they could care less about the situation. Worst part is the guys over there are very nice, just completely incompetent.....
