So, I got a response from the owner (see below), Mr. Tire. I called and picked option 2 as directed. What a joke. There's nothing to direct you to anything related to this type of problem with option 2. I picked something that was vaguely related and proceeded to wait on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever picked it up. I did't expect much from this and that's what I got...Nothing! Even when trying to help, they did absolutely nothing to help! Find another shop who can be more trustworthy. This one used to be, but it seems to be a mess these days. I?ve been going to Mr Tire on our Arona Road in Irwin for the better part of 10 years. When I went this time, I didn?t know a person there and I knew everybody that worked there on my last visit. I dropped it off the night before for 730 to noon pick up. I didn?t get a call until late afternoon that it was finished. I did get a called during the day that I needed new brakes and rotors, even though the brakes were six or seven and the rotors were supposedly full of rust. The car had been sitting for the better part of a week and a half, so I?m not surprised there was rust on the rotors, but rust certainly is not a reason to change the rotors nor do the brake pads need to be changed at six or seven thirty-seconds. They wouldn?t even consider doing new rotors with the good brake pads or even turning/resurfacing the old rotors. So this new management team at this site was trying to provide services that we?re not needed. My tires were purchased at Mr Tire and were due to be rotated and I noted that on my online appointment. That, however, did not happen. I could tell this because my tire pressure gauge on the dash of my car had the same tire pressure on all four tires in the same position as it was when I dropped it off. Lastly, I was charged for a break lubrication and adjustment which was not part of the service that I requested, they did not ask permission, was not requested nor do I have any faith that it was done or done properly . That?s four strikes and Mr Tire on Arona Road in Irwin is definitely out. It?s too bad because I had such a great relationship with the prior leadership there and I always felt that I could trust them, but I don?t trust any of these people. I got an inspection done there. Friendly service and fair price. I'll go back again.
