Honest and quick, really appreciate this as a woman who is used to men assuming I have zero clue about what is going on with my car when I bring it in for repairs / service. And I have worked on my own cars for years, so I know what?s needed 9 times out of 10. No BS here, will definitely be back!

Left car there after a breakdown on my way to work because the tow truck driver wouldn?t drop it at a junk yard for me and it was close to my job. Turned out the transmission finally gave out and I told them I would get it out of there as soon as I could. Since that was my main mode of transportation and I don?t have a car anymore it was extremely hard to get over there, sometimes I had to walk over 4 hours to get to work. About a week later I got Covid and made it VERY clear that I wouldn?t go to get the car towed until I wasn?t contagious anymore. Didn?t matter to this place. I ended up in ICU, almost died and was finally recovering (still contagious) when a got a text message from this place threatening to call the cops on me if I didn?t get the car out by the next day. Asked the doctors if I could leave they said absolutely not. So I had to sneak out of intensive care and go on a couple of buses while still Covid positive and travel over 2 hours. There were a TON of people on all the buses I went on, who knows how many people I got sick or killed including mothers, fathers, grandparents who knows. By the time I got there it was really late and I put the keys in the car for the tow truck driver (hopefully he didn?t get sick) and it was so late that there were no buses running. So I had to sit outside at Crocker park for 5 hours in the 20 degree February Northeastern Ohio weather until 4:30 in the morning. Mr. Tire is responsible for anybody who lost their lives because I had a highly dangerous and contagious disease, doesn?t matter to them though obviously.....
