Made appt. for oil change on Fri. Apr.6 When I arrived, after over an hour wait, I was told they did not have the proper oil. They had to order it. While I was waiting I could see the Manager, the Asst. Manager and a few of the shop assoc. gathered around my truck , while it was up on a rack, laughing. The Asst. Manager came into the lobby. I asked her, what was so funny about my truck. She said the truck needed new tires and a oil cooling line. As I was waiting for my truck to be finished, I could see into the bays. A young black man had been having some problems with the car he was working on. The Manager and two other assoc. had surrounded the car. I will have to say, although I couldn't hear what they were saying to the young man, looking at his body language he was not happy. I approached the Asst. Manager and said I could see what was going on in the shop and a what they were doing to the young man was not right. (Bullying, making fun of, harrassment). And it should stop. She agreed. Later while I was still waiting for my truck to be finished, the Manager and the two assoc. came into the lobby. The manager stood with his hands in his pockets, one sat in a chair behind him and the other hopped up on a work area that was behind the reception desk. No one said a word. Were they trying to intimidate me because I had said something about what the way that young man was being treated? That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable!! When my truck was FINALLY finished, the Manager had my paperwork. I tried to talk to him about what I had witnessed. He said everyone was OK with the way the assoc. treated that young man. I then asked if the young man was OK with it. The manager then became very defensive. So instead of continuing the conversation, I paid my bill and left. My husband have gone to that shop for years. We will NOT be back! And we will tell family and friends not to go to that shop too. There is more but I will end here.....
