We were traveling and our windshield wiper motor quit. Nathan called around found us the parts we needed. He gave us an estimate time it would be done and it was done in a timely manner. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Very happy with the two times I have had to stop in. The first time for nails and the second for a giant piece of copper found in my tire. They didn’t try to swindle me and I left very happy. I also got the road hazard insurance which paid off because I didn’t pay anything to get this tire fixed. They have great service, fair prices, and they’ve never tried to upsell me on something I don’t need (which is a huge plus as someone who knows next to nothing about cars). There are specifically two employees there, Nate who is the assistant manager, and Esteban who is a technician; And both of them have been so helpful and sincere every time I've had to go there. I had to return with my Jetta a few days after they performed a 4 wheel alignment because of an issue with one of the wheels. Nate and Mike were quick to check out the problem and fixed it with zero hassle to me. They were professional and this is the reason I’ll return here in the future. I stopped in around noon on a Saturday with a hood latch issue and the guys at Mr. Tire had me me back on the road in 30 minutes and didn't charge me anything. The latch does need replacing, and they would have had to order it. Had I not been leaving town the next day, I would have been happy to have them do the work.

Needed an emergency tire patch. Contacted them close to closing on 4th of July. They were nice enough to ask if they would like one of their guys to stay an hour later to accommodate us. We didn’t want to make someone stay late, especially on a holiday, so we asked for the earliest appointment the next day as we needed to drive early that day.
