Made an appointment here almost 24 hours in advance for tire replacement and selected tires on the website that were in stock. There were no stock issue indicators or even warnings that the tires might not be in stock at the appointment location. I requested 3 hours off work and scheduled an appointment to wait in the lobby. I arrived on time, gave them my keys, and they confirmed my appointment details at the computer. 5 minutes later after they checked in the back, they came back to the lobby and told me the tires weren't in stock and wouldn't arrive until almost 5 hours later. Then they could begin working on it. They opened at 7:30am (2 hours before my appointment) and no one called, emailed, or left a voicemail about the stock issue before I wasted time driving out for the appointment. Plenty of time for them to contact me Monday after I made the appointment too. Their suggestion was that just I come back later today. Absolutely unprofessional and, no, I won't be coming back today or ever. First experience with Mr. Tire and definitely my last. Will gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to a competitor rather than giving this place a chance again. I have never had a bad experience at Mr. Tire until my last oil change on 3/20/26. I made an online appointment for 12:30 pm. Usually I wait about 10 to 15 minutes before they pull it in to do it, which isn?t bad. I waited 2 hours before they even pulled my truck in. It then took another hour to do the oil change and rotate my tires. I find this ridiculous they could have called to let me know they were way behind I would have rescheduled for a first appointment of the day. There were only 2 techs and a manager on duty. Apparently they were short on help. They took $20 off my bill for the inconvenience of the wait. It wasn?t much for the wait I had sitting there. Yes, I could have gone somewhere else or rescue the appointment however, my truck was in desperate need of an oil change. I had to have my left front tire looked at also it needs air every few weeks or so. They were very straight forward on letting me know it needed a rim and I definitely could use new tires. I hope to see more techs the next time I go and they get my truck in on time. Not everyone has the time to sit around waiting if I had known that I would have just dropped it off to them. Because I have always had good service at Mr. Tire and this was just one mishap is why I will try to go back. My lesson learned call ahead of time even if you booked an appointment. To the manager hire help maybe you need to pay a bit more to get good help.
