This location is a big waste of time. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle. I showed up on time and the shop was closed and an employee in the parking lot said the manager with the keys was going to be late, 20-30 minutes after the scheduled opening time. I had somewhere to be so I used the key drop-off box. I waited a few hours after my scheduled appointment window and heard nothing from them so I showed up to check on the status and they hadn't touched my vehicle at all and used the excuse that a customer was demanding they only work on his vehicle and therefore my vehicle got ignored and would not get worked on that day. I had work the next day and couldn't leave it so I rescheduled for another day. When I returned for my rescheduled appointment, I dropped off my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. They were supposed to call and discuss what needed to be done. I didn't hear from them at all that day. The next day I called to check on the status and the guy who answered said it was done but wanted to pull it in the bay and confirm what was done to it even though nobody called me to discuss repairs and he said he'd call back in an hour. A few hours later, after no call back from him, I just showed up and that's when I was informed that nobody had worked on my vehicle at all. After having now three days to work on it, they still did nothing. If they can't complete appointments by the scheduled times, they need to call and cancel or call and reschedule before people bring their vehicles in so we can just schedule somewhere else and our time doesn't get wasted. I should have just scheduled this at Advent Auto from the start, they book further out but at least they stick to their schedule and get the job done.....
