I scheduled an appointment a little over a week in advance and ordered a set of two tires for my vehicle. I arrived early for my appointment and waited in the lobby for approximately 15 minutes before having to locate an employee in the back to assist with checking us in. When we were finally checked in, we were informed that the store had apparently forgotten about our appointment and, in the meantime, had sold the tires we had specifically ordered. We were then provided with a new quote for a different set of tires that happened to be in stock, which was more expensive. I asked whether the original quoted price could be honored, considering the situation was the result of the store?s error. I was told that doing so would result in corporate contacting the store and questioning why the discount had been given. Despite this, we decided to proceed with the more expensive tires. Unfortunately, after waiting another hour and 15 minutes, our vehicle still had not been brought into the service area, despite having a scheduled appointment. At that point, we decided to cancel the service and leave without ever receiving assistance. The experience was particularly disappointing because, when we decided to leave, the primary employee assisting customers remained on the phone without acknowledging us. It was only after another employee intervened that we were able to retrieve our keys and leave. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and customer service was extremely disappointing. We made an appointment, ordered tires in advance, arrived early, and were ultimately left waiting for over an hour after being given a different set of tires at a higher price due to the store?s own mistake. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would strongly encourage management to address these issues.....Read More
