DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I came in on Wednesday November 26th for an oil change and front break pads replacement. I was told the price for that was $1400, which is ridiculous. After I questioned the price, he then told me he ?accidentally? charged me an extra THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for break fluid he didn?t use on my car. Now we are at over $1100 for an oil change and front breaks replaced. Turns out the mechanic added extra services to my car claiming that I CALLED THEM and told them I requested to have ?pads all around?. Not only do I not know what ?pads? are, I told them specifically I wanted my FRONT breaks fixed as my back breaks had been replaced a month ago by a different car service. The manager, Nick was not only incredibly unhelpful, but combative and disrespectful. He blatantly lied to my face, making up phrases that never once came out of my mouth, UNTIL I had him pull up our recorded call. It?s no shocker that NOTHING he claimed had occurred in that phone call, and he was trying to gaslight me on camera to cover up his mistake. He told me he could put my old breaks back in and take the price down to $900. Still ridiculous. After Nick told the mechanic to put the breaks back in the mechanic said VERBATIM ?I don?t even think they?re gonna work, I dropped them on the ground so??. So now my MONTH OLD BREAKS have been dropped on the ground and are possibly damaged, but in order to not pay over a GRAND, I would still have to put them back in. After requesting numerous times for the recorded call to be sent to my email he fiddled with his computer pretending to send it. After all of that, MY CAR IS WORSE OFF THAN BEFORE. not only did he not reset my meter after my oil change, my car pulsates every time a break to the point where I am jerking around my drivers seat. This place is an absolute scam and I will be taking much further action. Nick is a horrible manager and the prices are ridiculous. Had a service apt almost 3 weeks ago. I was overcharged and realized right after paying. Was told they couldn?t refund me that day. Manager wasn?t there. I?d get a call the next day they said. Never did. Went into the store 3 days later. Still can?t refund me. They have to file something in their system. Guy says it will take a week and a half. Okay fine. 2 weeks later. No updates. No refund. I go into the store again asking about my refund. Nothing. It?s still ongoing, I was also asked if I come often to offer me a credit of some kind. Because clearly trying to get a refund is too much for this company to handle. I have been calm and cool about it up until this point. The customer service I?ve received is a joke. Never have I gone through so much for a simple refund because of an employees mistake. I wrote this review while on the phone with Dunn tire for 18 mins. Asked for a manager and was put on hold again. Currently 30 mins on hold total now. Very frustrating to say the least.....Read More
