Remarkable experience at Mr. Tire, the people at the front desk really take good care of you. Mr. Tire is by far the best place to get tires, the prices are competitive and their rebates is a good bonus. The best thing about this Mr. Tire is the warranty on their parts and labor, I have had my wheels aligned and replaced my wheels balanced multiple times free. Got a new set of tires and even though they didn't have them in stock, they ordered them from.rochester and had them within a day. I was in and out in under 2 hours, which I know tires can take some time (I had other work done as well). They do offer the lifetime tire rotation and wheel balance which means you can go in at every oil change with no extra cost added. I wanted to call out one of the employees, Jason today. I went there to fill up my tires as my car told me there was low pressure...There ended up being a nail in one of them. I asked if there was anyway they could quickly put a plug in it? Jason said it would be a quick fix and it wouldn't take that long. I waited for 20 minutes and it was done! If it weren't for jason, I would have had to drive home and possible blew my tire out. Actually was quite impressed with the way I was offered a total solution for every issue that was discovered in performing my annual safety inspection. I was planning on getting a new set of tires and they were able to accommodate me at a reasonable price. Also had the oil changed on a high mileage vehicle and it cost about $15 less than what I normally do. Definitely on my go to list!

My Subaru Forester needed a new oil pan. After examination I was told that it also needed a new radiator. Both were replaced. Very pleased on their speedy service! I had my SUV towed there Friday morning. I took an uber to work. My car was done the same evening..turns out it was the alternator! Cannot say enough nice things about the level of professionalism, attention, and speed that I received today from the personnel at Mr. Tire on Millersport Hwy. My wife had a slow leak which required either a patch or replace. Its Memorial Day and we are trying to travel with the kids so we needed to get it figured out fast. We called four other companies before Mr. Tire, all of them were either not open or booked and none of them would even entertain the idea of working us in if we dropped it off. Kyle at Mr. Tire said no problem (despite being completely booked) they would be glad to work us in-between appts. (They were still working a 12-hour shift on a national holiday!). Brought the car in at 7am…got a call to come pick it back up in ~1hour. (Also upon my request they provided me a quote for four new tires which my wife car is long over due for, which resulted in a price literally half that of previous quotes I got. Honest and accommodating multiple times. This branch changed at flat time for me at closing for free. I had them do a check on my vehicle today. There is a rear differential problem which they are not equipped to fix. They dropped me off at work and picked me back up. they did not charge me a penny!!!! These guys are great!!!

My problem was a slow leak in a tire. I had called my usual service place and the best they could do was for me to drop my car off the next morning. When I called Mr. Tire they said to bring it in and they would squeeze me in. I waited about a half hour and saw the car taken into a bay. It appeared they "squeezed me in" immediately between the cars/appointments. This, to me was exceptional effort.

Unlike a lot of other places that constantly try to upsell you and call you back with deals you don't need the service at this location was fast and just what I needed.
