I love these guys!! I came in to Mr tire for an oil change and the mechanic didnt remove the necessary gasket and I was losing oil. I came back a day or two later 5min before closing very upset. The manager Anthony didnt just walkout the door or argue with me. He fixed the problem.i was surprise how calm and willing they were to fix the problem and satisfy the customer. This Mr. Tire location is great. Greg and the rest of the staff are friendly, funny and helpful, which is a nice change from the mopey dopes at other nearby mechanics... *cough* Meineke (cough). Les, the technician that worked on my car, was quick at identifying the problem and showed me exactly what the issues were (leaky struts) and got to work right away. Highly reccomend!

Every one there is always very pleasant & helpful. They do good work & are very reliable. My only complaint is that they’re always backed up. As busy as they constantly are, I really think they need to have more bays & mechanics. If you have to wait for them to order a part, expect at least an extra 1/2 hour. Of course they can’t possibly store every part they may need. The parts come from advance auto which I like very much, but depending how busy Advanced auto is,it could be a while. I highly recommend making an appointment. I have seen people who made appointments to get out of there much more quickly. Even though waiting a few hours while your car gets repaired can be a little aggravating, I have to say that it’s still worth it because when you leave there, you know your car has been repaired properly. They do have TV on which is a nice distraction & the bathroom is neat & clean. If you get bored or hungry, there is a Wawa next-door on one side & Goodwill right next-door.....Read More

I had a great experience twice now. About a year ago they helped me at the crack of dawn with a new tire so I could make it to work. And today with a simple tire rotation and break inspection. Between my habit of hitting curbs and the infamous Jersey potholes, my car needs a lot of servicing, and I won’t go anywhere except Mr. Tire. Every time I’ve brought my car in I have always received incredible service; Greg and Anthony have always been very patient answering my questions and advising me how to better care for my car. Their services are priced appropriately and they work quickly. I felt comfortable my very first time going to Mr. Tire and I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Oh my goodness I love this place! The guys are super attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I called last evening right before close and Anthony said it was no problem for me to bring my car in for service today at 3:30; I got here before that and the guys immediately took my car so my waiting time wasn’t long at all. In the course of me being at the store; I was offered pizza AND donuts!!!! Hello that’s like the most wonderful offer ever after a long work day/long drive from Work! Greg was especially kind by making sure the bathroom was clean and the TP and paper towels were filled - efficiency at its finest.
