Not good, they delivered a serious blow to confidence, will be addressed very soon in detail. It's NOT GOOD...... I am in process of detailed complaint, had to let some time to pass to calm to rational thought process. Where would you like me to send complete complaint? To your manager Chris or possibly Rick, might happen but this needs to go to you, the owner first, because possible or probable, legal matter ensues, retainers are expensive. I'm offended due to the blatant and deemed willful, incompetence and negligence, therefore risking vehicle occupants safety and or lives. Where do you Mr. Owner, want this sent? Thank you.....

I went for a simple bolt loosening. My caliper bolts were rusted on and they said they?d do it for $50 + tax. They did it within 15 minutes. I left happy, and quickly got frustrated. I could not brake at all when I left but I could fine when I arrived. I called and they said bring the car back. Upon looking at it, a mechanic broke my brake line and let me leave the shop. I did not know that was the problem as they told me it was from loosening the bolts that I could not brake anymore. Although the desk lady is nice she did lie to me and said it was a leak in my brake line as well. I got 2 different stories before I actually got told it was the mechanics fault. If I had known it was just the brake line they broke I would not have had them do my pads and rotors. Since I had them do it, they took off the price of putting the rotors on and made the brake line free, including a brake flush. They did not refund me for the bolts being loosened. I end up paying $285 for the service instead of just $57. On top of the $248 for the parts they used on my car I was going to put on myself which is why I needed the bolts loosened. Although I was discounted there, I still paid over $500 when I only needed to pay around half just because you broke my brake line. Should?ve discounted all of it.....
