I would not recommend this place to any woman who may be bringing her vehicle in by herself. (Without a man). The way I was treated by the guy in the front was ridiculous. I called a few mins before I got off work as I needed an inspection, and surprisingly they stay open pretty late. I get there, walk in wait for about 5 mins? was not greeted at all or told ?I?ll be with you in a moment?. No acknowledgment. That should?ve been my red flag there. But nope! I didn?t say anything. They proceed to do my inspection. Long story short, they failed me for ball joints. I?d never heard of that being a standard part of an inspection. Every mechanic I spoke with told me that was not necessary. They also stayed the work would be $800 and that I HAD to bring it back there for re-inspection. I said I absolutely will NOT be paying that for my back up vehicle. I get home to notice they never gave my registration back to me. I called, and the guy argued he did. I go back up there he still argues with me, and was very aggressive in his tone towards a woman. I leave after about 30 mins of them saying they can?t find it. I was given the managers number. I can admit he tried his best to smooth things over. However, I wasn?t falling for the trap (woman comes into a shop without a man, let?s try to run her wallet). That?s how I felt. I was able to get a 2nd opinion and it wasn?t needed. I have my new sticker without paying $800.....

I had my suv towed there on Thursday of this week it is now Sunday. I called on Friday and Saturday and was told they were trying to figure out the codes after doing a diagnostics. I asked if I should just take it to Volvo but the mechanic assured me they were working hard to figure out what was going on and said he didn?t want me to have to keep paying tow charges and trust him my vehicle was in good hands. I called this morning to check in on the progress and was told the vehicle had actually not even been looked at but should be on Monday. I said so I was lied to this entire time? I called progressive to pick the vehicle back up today! What a waste of time and money. Update: Got a recommendation to take my Volvo to Import Services LLC. Towed it today and was called back within 2 hours with the issues. They are ordering parts to repair. I recommend them 2204 Dickinson Ask for Waylon or Bill.....
