Even with offering instructions on how to begin a repair through a warranty, the gentleman at the counter proceeded to say that they can?t begin a claim if they don?t have the tires in stock. He even stated that that was what he was told over the phone with the warranty program. He also said that the warranty rep stated that only 1 of the four tires would be replaced, which is impossible on an AWD car?again, he had no claim number nor even a representative?s name. I called the warranty place directly, and they stated that no one called on my vehicle?which how could they if they didn?t even have my VIN or any information to pull the car up. The warranty representative had me pulled up by my phone number as soon I called. It?s obvious that this location did not want to do the work nor did they want to see the information I was given to begin a claim or even speak to a warranty rep. I will never go back to this location since the front desk gentleman, working at 5:00pm on 9/14/2026, lied to me and did not even want to gather information on me or my car to even begin any work or evaluation at all?all he did was check the tire pressure on all 4 tires, he didn?t even inspect the tire issue that I had which was a gash on the wall of the tire. Unbelievable how they handled me; completely disregarded anything I was saying and did not even attempt to pull up any information?just wrote my name on the back of a piece of paper and ?texted the manager to get approval since he couldn?t begin anything without manager approval.?....
