I recently took my 2015 Chevrolet Suburban to Mr. Tire for a ?full AC service? that cost me $300. The following day, my AC was still blowing hot air, which prompted me to reach out to my personal mechanic for a second opinion. When I explained the issue, he immediately asked if my check engine light was on. After reading the diagnostic trouble codes, he quickly identified the problem: the thermostat in my vehicle was signaling the AC system to shut down, preventing the compressor from operating. Given that the compressor is a critical component for circulating refrigerant and cooling the air, I?m baffled as to how Mr. Tire could claim to perform a ?full AC service? without detecting that the compressor was not engaging. The compressor clutch wasn?t spinning, meaning the refrigerant wasn?t circulating, which is why the system wasn?t cooling. A proper ?full AC service? should involve checking key components like the compressor, condenser, and thermostat to ensure all are functioning. The fact that the compressor was not spinning should have been easily identifiable during a system diagnostic, especially since my vehicle is a 2015 model, and these issues are often detectable with a standard OBD-II scan tool. Overall, I?m disappointed that Mr. Tire failed to detect this critical issue, and I ended up spending $300 on a service that didn?t resolve my problem. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to a more thorough and knowledgeable mechanic who can properly diagnose and repair the AC system.....

I went in with a flat tire and a broken lug on the flat tire wheel, and finished with three new tires and front and rear brakes. Communication was very good over the course of the work which was done in a timely fashion and as far as I know was done very well. The prices are very high.
