I meant to leave a review right after the service a few weeks ago: The service was great; mostly professional, told me what needed to be done for my car to be repaired and even better, they allowed me to order the part myself (rim replacement) and saved me a ton of money. I also needed a new tire and here's where I wish they could have done better, it appears they over inflated the tire they installed which I feel like they should have not missed because as soon as I got the car the driving experience was a bit rough. Otherwise, they did install a new tire and let me order the rim myself & the turnaround time was around 2 days but they were also busy at the same time. Thank you!....

Very Disappointing Customer Service I made an appointment at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and called ahead to confirm it. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, they told me that I needed to ?learn how to make an appointment? and then abruptly hung up on me in a very disrespectful manner. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no reason to treat a customer this way, especially when they are simply calling to confirm an appointment. I hope management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to experience the same kind of treatment. Very disappointing experience with the customer service.....
