While the employees were nice enough, Mr. tire, as with most vehicle repair shops, charge enormous service/labor fees. After researching the actual cost for brakes and rotors versus what I was charged, it is clear that I paid a hefty service/labor fee.

I?m really disappointed with my experience. I?ve had my car for 9 years and have had multiple tire changes during that time ? I usually go to Discount Tire ? and I have never once had my rims scratched. I chose this location simply because it was close to my work and convenient, but unfortunately that convenience didn?t pay off. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. When I returned at 3:15 PM, my car still was not ready. I called at 11:45 AM to check on the status and was told they didn?t have my tires yet and they had to go pick them up. I called again at 1:30 PM because I had somewhere to be at 3:30 PM, and I was told they were actively working on my vehicle and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. It was not. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed my rims were scratched. I only needed two rear tires replaced due to a nail in one tire, so this was a very straightforward job. The two men I interacted with were very kind and polite, which I do appreciate. However, the quality of work and the long delays were very disappointing. I trusted my vehicle would be handled with care, especially for such a simple service, and unfortunately that wasn?t the case. ??....
